This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Gallery, a niche boutique gallery located at the Rossetti Estate (@1005 Vine St. Scranton PA 18510), managed by the Rossetti Foundation for the Arts & Culture, Inc. (RFAC), and the undersigned Artist.
- Gallery Information: a. The Gallery, herein referred to as “The Gallery,” is managed by RFAC. b. Location: The Rossetti Estate @1005 Vine St. Scranton PA 18510.
- Artist Information: a. The Artist agrees to provide the following information for each art piece submitted for display: – Name of the art piece – Medium type – Size (in inches) – Year created – Artist’s Name – Artist’s Email – Artist’s Contact Information
- Submission and Approval: a. All art must be original. b. Submission of art for display requires approval by The Gallery.
- Payment: a. The Artist will pay a 30% commission for each artwork sold through The Gallery.
- Art Auction and Rental: a. The Gallery reserves the right to conduct art auctions and offer art rental services. Details on these processes will be provided separately by The Gallery.
- Art Rental Program: – The Artist agrees to terms outlined in separate documentation for the art rental program, including rental fees and duration.
- Silent Auction: – The Gallery may host silent auctions. Terms and conditions for participation will be communicated to the Artist prior to each auction.
- Publicity: a. Any and all publicity, including but not limited to posters, newspapers, radio, television, or other media, shall be at the sole discretion and control of RFAC. The Artist agrees to cooperate with reasonable requests for promotional materials.

- Tax Responsibility: a. The Artist, being a self-employed individual or an employee of a company, is responsible for complying with Federal, State, and Internal Revenue Service laws and regulations pertaining to the withholding of taxes.
- Termination: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Any art pieces displayed by The Gallery must be collected by the Artist within 30 days of termination.
- Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
- Entire Agreement: a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
